As one of the youngest masters ever in Sweden, Mikael Kenlind, fifth-generation glass craftsman, has created glass art at the highest level since 2002. Mikael represents the new generation glass artist who designs and manufactures the art himself. Trained both by the family, but also by Venetian master Benito Marcolin. Mikael masters most techniques and this is reflected in the width of his collections, where everything from the Swedish Graal and Ariel techniques are represented, to classical Venetian filigree style, but also his own enamel technique Vitreo Captum. Mikael's art is inspired by everything from architecture to pop-art and nature.
